I do believe this book is out of print. Amazon.com only lists one copy in existance….used, for $35. It lists Tony Stanley Cook as the author, but then in the description of the book it says it’s written by John Rockwood. Also, the title is simply “Witness to the Blues”….no Katie Webster.
go on google i have found loads of book there and you can order them too!
