   heat it with something like a plumbing torch, but just heat it enough to bend and not to melt.

   Use a METAL IRON… hahaha
   You have to bend it in an opposite direction to the current curve and then some beyond the original diameter for it to maintain its shape. Roll it up against the curve as tight as you CAN, and then straighten it out. You could also use brute force : Place it on a flat hard surface like a 10mm metal plate, heat it up with a blowtorch and place another flat surface over it – then strike it a few times hard with a 5 pound hammer. If this doesn’t sort it out, you could always try setting up an elaborate set of rubber rollers that would run it in a sequential loop which would strain in in the opposite direction.
   Honestly I think you should try using your clothes iron on the ironing board. Just put it on max heat and press real hard.

   It is just aluminum, it bends.
   Try working it back and forth over the edge of your bench or table.
   Wear gloves so you dont cut yourself.

   Heat it until it melts and pour into the shape you want.
