The easiest way is to install Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) onto your PC. If you do NOT have MPT, you can download Motorola USB drivers from this link:http://developer.motorola.com/docstools/…
Once you complete software installation, put your SD card into your phone, then connect it to your PC using a mini USB cable. The PC will detect and install the relevant drivers. Your SD card will now appear as another drive. Goto that drive and look at the contents. You should have Mobile subdirectory. Then look under Music. Copy what you want into that drive. Note that the Razor has specific requirements in terms of bit rate, file size etc. This may mean that your phone may not be able to read files with high bit rate.
The otherway is to do the transfer of music using Media Studio within MPT. The program will do the necessary conversion when the file is transferred over.
