Humans have been making music since the beginning of our existence. Every culture and every religion has some kind of connection with music. How powerful is music and could it change the way the society percieves other cultures in a more positive understanding manner?
Could it bring peace among our race?

Music is an expression of self. It is very powerful. It can affect mood, trigger memories…
I think We attach to songs for two reasons. 1) The song conveys a message that reflects who we are and what we believe in. or
2) It just has a snappy beat and we like the sound of it.
Could music change the way the society perceives other cultures. I’m guessing no. Primarily because there would typically be a language barrier and most people would not take the time to find out what the lyrics mean. But I believe if they did take that time, it would have some sort of positive impact. For example. Con Te Partiro sung by Anthony Bocelli is a very powerful love song when you look up the lyrics and then listen to it.
Anyway, could music bring peace between cultures. I’m still thinking no on that. Interesting question.
