She was thinking about taking jazz dance because she developed a deep interest in it. She wants to learn jazz and I am wondering is it to late for her the master the jazz dance or can she still succeed in it.

of coarse she can still be a good dancer to be a proffessional she might have to take a lot of classes or be a natural, but its really never to late to start danceing just to be proffessional it might be a little harder.
not too late at all ! she should find some adult beginner jazz classes and go for it.
