Also I am curious if the seat numbers start towards the stage or not. For example, if seat 1 in section 200 is right by the stage or in the aisle more towards the back of the venue.

I’ve been going to shows at the Vegas HOB for six years and have yet to find a horrible seat. It’s a very small venue so whether you are standing GA on the floor or sitting up top in the balcony, there are no bad seats in the house. I’ve only sat upstairs a couple of times, but section 200 is a good one. Having worked in the ticketing industry, I can suggest that row A is most likely the first row (I don’t think they start with double letters) and seat 1 will most likely be closer to the stage.
