How would someone who is 26 with no experience in music other than a genuine interest in the Cello get accepted into a school as a music major? Do I need to take prereqs or do an audition? Should I first start out at a community college and take music theory and then apply to a music university?
I’d like to know more about this, what are some good websites? Thanks.
The Juilliard School for Drama, Dance and Music. But you have to start somewhere first. It’s very hard to get in it. Trust me, I know……….
