Heya, I’ve never really played jazz guitar before and am wondering what is everything I need to know to become a good jazz guitarist. I’m aware there is always something more to learn in jazz but what are the essentials for being a jazz muscian e.g. chords and scales etc
Is there anything I should do to become a pianist on the same level as Arrau, Horowitz, Rubenstein, etc??? I am debating whether or not I should become a physicist or a pianist, but it is such a big gamble I dont know what to do.
I am a big fan of the electronic music industy and i would like to learn how to make my own music. I am clueless of where to start and what i need to learn. I have made a small start by buying Fruity Loops (FL studio) but i dont really know how to use it. Any tips would be helpful.

i understand organ music began in catholic churches or cathedrals , not sure how common in smaller churches or which parts, but how and WHEN did Classical music really gain popularity?
and how was it used?
how was it presented to people?
by “Classical” i am meaning , i guess , any type of music that has instruments in it such as piano, organ, flutes, string instruments etc.
again, which countries and in which areas did they first gain popularity and how usually presented?

I feel like when you listen to classical music your imagination and creativity just opens up and you feel a variety of emotions just pouring out of your soul.
Hey…Ok, real simple. More than a straight musician I would like to be a good composer and music producer, just like Quincy Jones or David Foster. So, Is Jazz Composition enough in order to compose many different kinds of music? Do I have to study anything like Music Engineering?? Thanks and God bless.
Im a big music fan and I love all types of music but I have no musical background. I wanted to know what would you guys suggest for someone wanting to know everything about music. My goal is to able to produce music professionally for albums. I want to know what formal knowledge could I get in order to make me a music specialist.Are there any books I can get,software,or dvd’s I would really appreciate everyone opinion. Thank you all.
