There seems to be a fair amount of books published about metal now. Which are the best to read?
Coloring during a college class- but you understand the material completely and you really only came because it’s a nice setting and is air conditioned.
I’m very interested in music and history and am looking for a book or two that documents the history of the American Blues, from its inception to all the revivals its had in rock, jazz, and even hip-hop. Does anyone know of some good books that can tell me the thorough history of this music form?
I want to learn cool jazz things on my saxophone, but am not sure what book to buy.
Unfortunately, my school does not offer AP Music Theory. However, I will be taking the AP Music Theory Exam next year. Instead of being put in an AP class, my guidance counsilor is putting me in an independent study class where I will be studying on my own. I have a basic knowledge of music theory. I have looked for many places for a more advanced theory book and worksheet that I could check my work on. What book do you recommend I use for preparing for this exam?
