How Can I Support Inner City Music Programs In Chicago?

I’d really like to do something to support music and the arts in Chicago because I love music and I think everyone deserves a chance to experience it. Please if you know any organizations or groups doing this sort of thing I’d like to know:
-donating musical instruments
-sheet music
-ect.

What Should I Wear To A Classical Concert In New York City?

I am a guy and am interested in what I should wear to a classical concert in NYC. Dress pants, collared shirt, tie? Is a sweater OK to wear over these garments? What are other people wearing? Would a sweater be alright to wear on top of the shirt and tie?
