I really want to learn to dance because it looks so cool and I feel like I could do it! I’m moderately flexible and I have some good core muscles. I’m just wondering if it’s a bad idea, just out of the question, or if I should give it a shot, and if I should then how? What should i do to start to learn?
I like my strongest suit and It’s oh so quiet but people in my studio already have it. Do you know any songs like this for a jazz dance, or any broadway songs for a jazz dance, or any good jazz dance songs in general?
Ok so i am 13 years old and i am going in to Beginning Jazz Dance, is it fun for someone that isnt that great at dancing yet? And what should i wear to dance?
I am an aspiring dancer with very little experience. I wish to be instructed in dance in the genres of tap, jazz and blues? Would this be taught at a musical theatre?
I’m signing up for dance this summer. I’ve never done much dance. I like it, of course, and I love being on stage. I did ballet in preschool and second grade and excelled at it. I tried to do ballet two years ago but it was too hard for me. Basically, I’m a preteen-aged girl who has little experience in dance, but wants to sign up. I can sign up for jazz, hip-hop, tap, or ballet.
I have no clue what jazz is. My mom described hip-hop as being like emotional dancing to modern music, but I don’t really know what that is either. Am I too old to start? Can someone please explain what these forms of dancing are and make some reccomensations as to which one I might like?
i want a big prop that i can climb on and use in my dance, but what should it be? i dont want the usual hat and cane and chair.

My friend and i are thinking of making up a dance for our school dance group next year and we are searching for a piece of music that would suit a modern jazz and hip hop type routine… any suggestions please??
