I play jazz trombone in a big band. I’m a high school musician, and when I get really into an improvised jazz solo, I don’t even remember what I did during it, and sometimes I barely even remember playing it. Do you know why this is?

im planning to have fish and corals but i dont know which bulb should i get for my 150w metal halide light. they have 20k 14k and 6.7 does any body know the difference? which one should i choose.
