I life in an apartment complex and around my front door which i believe to be metal, it is freeeezing and lets in a lot of cold air. How can I stop this?
My sister just moved into a new house, and the door does not have a peephole. I feel that this is very unsafe for her and her children. There is no windows near the door to look out of either. I would like to install one for her but I do not know if you can install one into a metal door the same way you would a wooden door. If anyone has any advice for me I would greatly appriciate it.
we have stripped a metal door frame so that the metal of the frame is bare. what CLEAR coat material can i use that will not turn the metal yellow (as a shellac or laquer would). what product can i use that is NOT waterbased…which would cause the steel to rust?
I’d like to paint my garage door. It’s metal and sectioned (3 sections). What’s the easiest way to paint it? What type of paint should I use? Thanks!
My door has metal surface, inside is made of wood. There were holes drilled through the metal surface to attach a decorative frame. We wanted to paint the door plain, so we took out the frame thus exposing the holes. Now we were wondering what is the best way to fill these holes before painting – may be fill with wood filler?
Due to my bad temper I am needing to replace the grill or metal flyscreen on the screen door and I’m struggling trying to find a company who can replace it(just the grill)??
