Just dug out some bed areas and have Bermuda grass growing along side of them, so am wishing to do as much as possible to keep this area free from invasive grasses and weeds. I am going to spread out some pre-emergent as well I am thinking of using this metal edging. And instead of placing it raised along the beds, sinking it down inside of the edges to keep grass from sreading.
Will this work and how far down should it be placed?
Thanks for your answers!
Nobody likes government regulations, but they are often the result of someone massively abusing the system. Its funny how the oil execs are trying to say, “We have nothing to do with oil prices!!” while trying to stand in front of a massive pile of money, holding their arms out hoping no one will see.
Hello i’ve recently installed new vertical blinds for a doorway – the old blinds were weighted down with small metal rectangles. They do not look corroded despite their age, I was wondering if it could be made with lead – or other dangerous metals.
Does anyone know what metal would be commonly used for the purpose of weighting blinds? it was not a sewn in weight which leads me to believe it is not dangerous but – i would like the metal identified.
Are lead alloys dangerous and how would one identify lead, and alloyed lead.
I would like to explore classical music, but I am not sure where to begin. I enjoy a few composers, but I would like to find a way to narrow down the styles and/or eras that suit me best, so that I can discover compositions that I truly love.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
A website with audio clips and a breakdown of the different eras could help, for example.
