I am looking for a new mouth piece. I am a experienced player, and playing in a jazz band. I have heard that metal mouth pieces are more of a jazz genre. So would this be what I am looking for?

I’m moving to Toronto in August (student at UofT). What are some good jazz clubs around downtown/midtown?
Also I am curious if the seat numbers start towards the stage or not. For example, if seat 1 in section 200 is right by the stage or in the aisle more towards the back of the venue.
