This questions was originally answered incorrectly, and during my time on hold with the IRS today (54 minutes and counting) I was able to find the correct answer and post it. The only song played while on hold with the IRS is “The March” (from The Nutcracker Suite) but Tchaikovsky.

I never understood how metal and wires can hold information on a hard drive.. Can everything hold information?? How do the hard drives work??

I’m opening a business and want to have music play and i place someone on hold. Is this done through the phone company, or a certain type of phone?
