OK, so I always get out of this, but this time it’s tougher. I’m in the middle f nowhere, and my car gets me not five miles around, and I’ve no steady job. My son’s 160 miles away, moving up to 100 miles away soon, and my loving boyfriend is enabling me to just rot. I’ve no insurance, so Prozac is not an option.
Just need to jumpstart out of this. I can’t sit around and wait for spring anymore.
PS The doctor increased my Synthroid from 88 mcg to 125 mcg, and I wonder if that exacerbated some other things going on.
The reason you are safe while driving in a lightning storm is because of the fact that lightning is ___________, and travels on the outside of the metal instead of through or inside it.
Don’t tell me that the reason you are safe is because of the rubber on your tires because lightning has traveled thousands of miles and doesn’t give a -ya- about traveling through a few inches of rubber.
And please, unless you are sure that all static electricity travels on the outside of metal, don’t say that lightning is static electricity. I know, thanks.
