My old computer stopped working and I had all of my music on it. I plugged my ipod into the computer I am using now, but it only transfered the songs I had purchased from itunes. I have a lot more songs that I had uploaded from CD’s onto my ipod on my old computer, and I was wondering if there was any way I could transfer those songs into my itunes library too. Please Help!

I want to use a song I downloaded (and paid for) from the itunes music store in a powerpoint presentation. I tried buring it to disc and then importing it from there, but the file is protected. My iPod isn’t allowing me to open any of my applications, so I thought if I restarted it, it would be fine. Now I have to delete everything and I don’t want to lose my music.
When I press start to select a music video to play, the video starts playing about 30 seconds or a minute into its run time. Then, I have to press the reverse button to make them start from the beginning. Why does this happen and what can I do to fix it?
