I need a piece of classical music for university that sounds like the sea or waves for a lesson plan for year 3/4′s. Any help would be much appriciated, thanks x
Like with the slow drum beats and kind of lazy saxophone. I’m into lots of music, rock, metal and blues, so songs that are somewhere in between would be good to. I like the saxophone solo bits in Old Time Rock and Roll by Bob Seger as well, maybe something like that.
When I had to read them in school, I read the Cliff or Monarch notes instead of actually reading them. I want to read them now for pleasure & get an insight into their place in literary history & how they have influenced our culture & society as a result. The lists I’ve found are random and subjective instead of in order of significance and value to our society. I’m looking for a comprehensive list of the best classical books ever written. Any suggestions where I could find a list like this?

Stuff like Ride of the Valkyries I like haha! But I would prefer some more relaxing things. I’ve got all the usual rock/hip hop/pop and whatever on my iPod but I want some relaxing classical pieces as well.
smaller venues with good concerts in the boston area
thank you : )
But the problem is that I’m seventeen, so I can’t get into 18+ concerts. Know of any good places to go that don’t require me to get a fake ID?
