Does there is a difference between listening to bhajans and listening to songs like pop,jazz,rock?

I mean more like the eva cassidy type of blues rather than, say, muddy waters. Preferably with piano? a more modern take on blues.

I am 23 weeks pregnant & have been told that I should play classical music for the baby to hear. Why is this? & do you have any suggestions for songs/composers?

I’m assuming if you are in this section you listen to classical. Who was the composer that you initially listened to? Or who was the person, thing that brought you into it?
Mine was Mozart and my piano teacher…a few years back. I’m glad I converted.
