On windows if you have a sd card plugged in with music files on there, you can play the files without having them saved on the hard drive of the computer. Also, I don’t see an option for saving downloads and files directly to the sd card instead of the hard drive.
Does the macbook (new white edition) have these features?
I already dragged and dropped music files from my computer onto my micro sd card. Now that i put it in my phone though nothing happens. There is an icon that says the memory card is inside but I cant access it or anything. What do I do?

I just got a computer with a small amount of memory and I have an external memory drive. I want to be able to play my music stored on my external memory on itunes on my new computer. I don’t want to have to save the music onto my C drive. How do I do this?
