What Is The Music Played Throughout Disneyland When The Park Closes Each Night?

Whenever Disneyland closes for the evening, the park plays the same piece of music over the loudspeakers throughout the park signalling everyone to leave. Does anyone know the name of the music or where I can purchase a copy of it?
