When I had to read them in school, I read the Cliff or Monarch notes instead of actually reading them. I want to read them now for pleasure & get an insight into their place in literary history & how they have influenced our culture & society as a result. The lists I’ve found are random and subjective instead of in order of significance and value to our society. I’m looking for a comprehensive list of the best classical books ever written. Any suggestions where I could find a list like this?

I play the cello and I have bunch of final fantasy/kingdom hearts music. Problem is that they’re for violin and not cello. Sadly there wasn’t really any game/anime music for cellists =(
And I wans’t sure but is it possible to read violin music for cello? Is it possible to play violin music for cello? How? How do you read treble clef for cello when you play the bass clef? Thanks!

I’ve taken a survey for school and discovered that people who play music are smarter than and read more than people who don’t play music. However, I need to think of some reasons to possibly explain why this is so. So far I have that people who play music have to read music a lot so reading becomes like second nature and also the people who play music have very strong and alert minds because they have to count musical notes and listen carefully.
Can you please help me think of just a few more reasons why I might have gotten my results. Thank you!!!!!
