The existing metal bar is stapled to joists with huge staples but it was not fan rated. Also, I have to do this from below.

So, I got the genius idea of trying to bend all the pieces inward and hoping they’d either snap off or I could pull them off, yeahhhhhh, not working. So, now, I’m left with 2/3 of the metal base stuck in the fixture. Anyone know how to remove that mess?? Oh and save the comments about my stupidity, I already know. Thanks!! : )

When I download music, the files will sometimes save to all of the folders, so I have some songs saved multiple times. All these files are making my computer run very slow.
How do I remove the duplicate songs without deleting them from my computer completely? (There are probably about 2100-2300 altogether)
Also, what settings do I change on my computer to make sure this doesn’t happen again in the future?
