I want to sing rock, so you would think I should get a rock vocal teacher. However, I am afraid that rock vocalists will be washed up people that had high dreams for fame but did not succeed, and are less likely to have actual vocal training. I feel like its less of a risk to get Classical vocal lessons, and I bet it would translate well into rock anyway. What’s your opinion?
They sort of sound the same. Any difference.
I’m not talking about the crappy modern RnB with stupid beats here, I’m talking about classic RnB. Also, I’m talking about rock & roll, not rock.
I am having A LOT of trouble locating this song & it’s on Muzak, but Muzak cannot locate it because my retail store job only uses CD’s. Not Satellite. When I type in these lyrics nothing shows up. A woman sings it. There’s an Electric Guitar & a Finger Picking Banjo. Please help.
If you would, state some of your favorite jazz musicians first, and then list some of your favorite rock/pop (or any music) that is still interesting/enjoyable when you listen to it closely and without distractions.
What software is good to synthesis rock and metal music with real sounding virtual instruments. I want to do digital recording using virtual guitar, drums and bass and i want it to sound real. What software packages do you recommend?
I would love a decent sized* list of classical music that have really cool rock versions like Trans-Siberian orchestra’s interpretation of “Carol of the Bells.”
If you can give me such a list I would love you forever!
*decent sized being ,like, more then 10 songs.
What pop, rock, or jazz songs can be used as bedtime lullabies for putting baby to sleep? In other words, soft music that even adults can enjoy. Here’s one that I find works for me: the medley “Somewhere Over The Rainbow/What A Wonderful World” by the late Hawaiian singer Israel Kamakawiwo’ole. Any others?
