I am doing a project for geometry and we have to find shapes in the real world. My theme is music and I need to find a plane, but it has to suggest a sense of infinity because planes are infinite. Any suggestions?

I was just using my metal detector and I dug up a very large, very heavy chunk of metal out of my backyard. (In rural Ohio) It looks like it was once a flat sheet, but has been folded into about 3-4 layers. I has sort of a blue color with a little gray mixed in. It is not magnetic. Anyone know what it could be?
