ok i’ve been searching and searching for music that is relaxing to hear and fun to play, such as classical music. But i have a hard time playing the bass clef and chords are what i have been playing for about 8 years now. i would really appreciate it if you had some sites or names of songs! Thanks so much!
I want to give my guitar a heavy metal sound so I can play songs from bands like
-Slayer
-Metallica
-Megadeth
But on my cheap fender i can’t get my guitar to sound like anything other than a tin can. (Even with max distortion it sounds too high pitched and very whiny. Its hard to explain.) Any reccommendations?
I read that ballet first appear in 1489 in Italy.
By that time, classical music didn’t yet exist.
So which style of music was it used for ballet in early times?
Hey i play the clarinet and was looking online and found out that there were two types of reeds jazz and classical. I want to sound more jazzy when I’m playing so i was wondering if getting a jazz reed would make a difference in sound compared to if i as using a classical.
I know they were both brought north from the Delta but I honestly cannot hear the difference. Can someone explain it to me, offer up some artists and/or sites to help me decipher the difference?
I can sometimes make a slight sound of metal vocals, but usually it sounds like a loud whisper and does not seem to have any real metal sound to it. I am trying to make it sound like a real death metal sound but all the sites, and tutorial videos I find don’t really work. Help!
I use a fender blues junior with a american made telecaster.. I just want the sound compressed but i like the trebles high for sparkle and the pre amp volume high for a good rock tone. I dont want to use a sompressor pedal i was hoping to put a mod on the amp.
I own a blue fender standard jazz bass and a marshall 15 watt amp.and a crate 15 watt amp too.also i have some effects pedals.what are some amp settings i could use to make it sound like a g3? i don’t want to buy a gibsont’ Way to expensive.
This may be a slightly silly question, as I can probably go to some website out there and play pieces by Beethoven or Bach or anybody else to identify their names. But before the modern wonder of the internet, how did you find out?
I guess I have this issue of recognizing classical pieces by their sound but not knowing their individual names because I discovered a lot of them through old cartoons.
