I have a piece of metal that has threading on it from the factory for a nut. The threading stops about two inches before I want it to. I want to add threading to the metal tube so the nut can go further.
Can I get some tool the continue the threading? Can I do this with no skill?

I would like to clean and sanitize my tweezers, nail clippers, etc. I thought rubbing alcohol would work but it didn’t do the job. Some of the nail clippers are really old and have junk on them, plus that gross dirty metal smell. What should I use to clean them?
