I go to a Catholic school, and uniforms at school are a must. This year, they weren’t so bad: Polos with the school logo, school logo hoodies, any kind of khakis, and dress shoes.
However, they changed the dress code for next year and our khakis have to be the disgusting pleated kind that have to get pulled all the way up past our belly buttons and now khaki skirts are incorporated in (but they’re really ugly). Hoodies are banned and we all have to wear ugly v-neck sweatshirts that have a school logo on the side. Polos are still allowed and we can wear oxford shirts with skirts.
I’m not sure if there’s accessorizing limits or set sock colors or anything, so just assume that I’m allowed to do what I want and please, please help me with my dilemma!

I need some good ideas for accesories or hairstyles or anything to make me stand out, even with the boring uniform. No, the uniform can not be altered (i.e., you can’t cut holes or whatever), so I’m mainly looking for good jewelry ideas. Stores, fashions, magazines, whatever. All help appreciated!
i have only used it once for about 4 hours its like new it is the complete set. Estimated how much will u think theyll give me for it and also will i be abel to sell it in those army surplus stores?
I just want to know if the new navy (camo) uniforms are replacing the dress blues and whites. I love the dress blues & whites!!!! I don’t want to get rid of them!! Thanks guys!!!!
How do I jazz up my school uniform without it looking to obvious.Its a shin length dress and its brown and white or can I do something to my hair and also school has rule for shoes everyone wears the same lol thanks for helping!
Ok I bet this is the dumbest question ever, but I’m taking my husbands USAF blues to the dry cleaners tomorrow to get the chevrons put on but there are different size chevrons. Do the large ones go on the service coat and the smaller ones on the shirts? Then I was thinking the large are for men and small for women. I don’t know and my husband didn’t ask anyone. Can anyone help.
I was just wondering why the white Navy officer’s uniform and Marine dress blues are the iconic uniforms of the military? Why aren’t the Army or Air Force uniforms as “famous?”
I figure the Army is the oldest of the armed services in the United States and therefore its uniform should be the most iconic. But it’s not. Navy and Marine uniforms take all the glory?
I’m also curious as to why the Army decided to get rid of the green uniforms they used to have. That was face of the Army…
I am missing a branch patch or crest or something from my Army dress blues officer uniform for the new regulations that began Aug 2008. I would like to find a picture so I can ask the nearest clothing/sales for it. Anyone have any suggestions on what it might be called or a picture with this branch crest thing on it?? Thanks
