My friend can burn music from iTunes easily using a Mac, but I have a Windows, and I’ve tried before to burn an iTunes playlist to a disk, but it only lets you burn backup files. So how (if it’s possible) do I get the music to a disk? Thanks!

I am running on vista and all my music is in my Windows Media Player instead of my music. I get my music from both limewire and BitTorrent. Some of my limewire music is my shared folder. But I need to get all of my music into My Music folder.
I found out how to add the pictures and the text into the videos I just don’t understand how to add the music to it! All I have is the sample music and I dont really want to add that music into my video,like you know I mean. So, how do you get the music,do you download from somewhere if you do, where?????
