I hate when I have the holiday winter blues,I have been very very very depressed,mad cause of all of the negative thoughts in my head,upset you name it,but I always do things to try to make myself feel better.
Lately i’ve been pretty bummed out about the cold weather and snow and stuff i catch my self day dreaming about summer all the time how do any of u guys beat out the winter blue?
It’s the middle of January and we’re anxious to spend more time outside, but it’s sooo cold! How do you keep occupied in cold weather so you don’t get depressed?
I hate being cold
it makes me in a bad mood
I miss walking barefoot
my boyfriend is gone til the spring
All i want to do is sleep because my bed is so warm
i need the sunshine
what can i do to cheer up?
I remember when I had the winter blues a couple of days ago,I felt like I would never get over it,I lost interest in things that I once enjoyed,that was not a good feeling,but now I am back to my normal self again.

I’ve always been skeptical about pyschological disorders that seem somewhat far fetched at times, but one thing for sure is that I get down in the winter, and that my work suffers because of it. How can I get myself motivated and KEEP myself motivated?
