I’m not much of a classical music buff, but I love playing those kinds of songs on the acoustic guitar. What are some goodies (difficulty level doesn’t really matter, just how good it sounds)
Preferably softer songs, not like Flight of the Bumblebee
I recommend you the following:
- Adagio from Aranjuez Concerto – Joaquin Rodrigo:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxwceLlaO…
- Danza Oriental – Enrique Granados (originally intended for piano but guitar arrangements sound fabulous):http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yxb6BJYR5…
- Sonatina meridional – Manuel M.Ponce:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioyzG3s2I…
- Carora – Antonio Lauro:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioyzG3s2I…
I hope you enjoy them!
Good luck!
Almost anything by Tarrega: Recuerdos de la Alhambra, Capricio Arabe, Adelita, and much morehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t3d4qKJZG…http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PrQBNeY-y…
Also pieces by Torroba, Ponce, Sor; all wrote romantic guitar music.
