…these have really good beats I suppose (at least in my opinion), they are unbelievably fast and will turn your brain into mush.
long guitar solos are great to work out to, try metallica. and sometimes screamo works to get my heart going. try my child my bride, hatebreed, anthrax, sepultura, as i lay dying, all that remains, bullet for my valentine, and children of bodom. i can usually only listen to that stuff when im running….
