Tell me what to do to beat the blues? I would prefer to be positive than negitive any day. I just wonder what tips others have for turning a weepy day into a happy day.

Going for a walk or gentle exercise. Playing with your pets. Having sex. Wearing a color you love. Spending time with people you love and like. Doing a favorite activity. take a nap or liisten to ur fave music thatll get u on ur feet, or go for a night on the town
go out for a 30 minute brisk walk.
