not actually jazz like broadway or duke ellington or any of that.
but upbeat and fast songs that would be good to choreograph a jazz dance.
i need it to have decent lyrics because this is for my school.

Jazz is an awfully diverse and far-reaching genre of dance, but if you’re going for a dance team style, It’s Raining Men is always a staple, along with Knock on Wood, Simply Irresistable, You Really Got Me, Heartbreaker and other classic, straightforward jazz songs (there must be thousands, actually!) Also some rock-jazz music such as Higher Ground can leave an impact with sharp, clean, and dynamic choreography.
However, if you’re going for more of a pop-jazz feel, the Billboard charts have some decent songs to offer (I Do Not Hook Up, maybe even Poker Face or Lovegame) and it would work well with a young audience. Best of Luck!
