There is a lot of artists and bands that you could consider blues that you wouldn’t think you could fit into the genre.
A LOT of rock n roll musicians we love today were influenced by the great musicians of blues and you can hear it in the music they play if you accustomed with the sound of blues.
I suggest Kenny Wayne Shepherd and his album 10 days out from the backroads. This cd is with some of his blues idols. Also the album The place your in he plays with Kid Rock on a song title called Spank.
