Well some people just put questions about rock into "classical" because they listen to classical rock.
thats one reason

This has been a pet peeve of many of the regular contributors for some time. It has driven away some very knowledgeable contributors. There is no sign that it is likely to change in the foreseeable future.

Relax "petr b". Just try to remember that you're a relatively new-comer to "Answers". And us ole timers have even though several have attempted to rectify such problems, are more or less resigned to the situation.
Realistically speaking, there's very little if anything that can be done; Yahoo has been "deaf in both ears" to any of our appeals so far, and will in all probability remain so in the "foreseeable" future.
Who was it that asked if it, foreseeable, was a word?http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/f…

Well 5 things...
1) Some people actually think Yiruma and Bella's lullaby are classical music.
B) Some people are very lazy and pop some words into the box and click ask.
IV) Some select terrible trolls do it annoy us on some occasions...
3) Some people lack the necessary intelligence to count and list 5 numbers

The words "classical music " are interpreted differently by different people. The term classic is used by some to describe Bing Crosby singing "White Christmas".
Classical to me has always meant that "long hair music", written by those guys way back when, however since the Beatles the term "long hair music" has become somewhat open for interpretation.
I do not see anything in the foreseeable future that may change and clean up the classical forum.

It is because there are too many idiots in this world... or maybe too many tweenage girls who are obsessed with twilight.
You may notice that some contributors here (that means you Alberich!) have already tried to rectify this, but we are fighting an uphill battle, and for now at least, I think it would be best if we just ignore it.
But by ignore I mean: correct those who are wrong, tell them to go to different forums, and encourage any intererst in classical music, (even if the interest was sparked by Bellas Lullaby).
